VADYM KRASNOOKY
frontman of Mad Heads

Vadym Krasnookyi — singer, songwriter, and the irreplaceable frontman of Mad Heads, a band that has been setting the pace for the Ukrainian rock and ska scene for over three decades. Founded back in 1991, the band became a true phenomenon: from fiery rockabilly to an explosive mix of rock, ska, and Ukrainian folk.
Vadym is the author of most of the band’s songs, including the now-legendary “Nadiya Ye” (There Is Hope) — a true anthem of optimism that has inspired Ukrainians in the hardest of times. His repertoire includes dozens of hits performed on the biggest stages in Ukraine and around the world, often in support of charitable causes and defenders of our country.
Vadym will be performing with us as part of his global charity tour “Nadiya Ye”: just this year alone, more than 50 concerts across the USA, Canada, and 11 European countries, raising over $130,000 for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
His energy, charisma, and sincerity on stage make every performance unforgettable. And this time, it’s our festival that will become the place where you can experience this incredible drive live!
Don’t miss the performance of an artist whose songs have long become folk classics, and whose name is a true symbol of modern Ukrainian music.
